General details to our stamping parts

  • Material thickness 0.1 mm – 3 mm (only up to 1 mm for pre-hardened materials)
  • Stamping and bending or progressive dies up to 1,500 mm in length
  • Press force 25 t – 300 t

 

Specific details regarding different raw materials

  • Stampings in stainless steels - Strength grades up to 2,000 MPa
  • Stampings in spring steel strip - Subsequent austempering in-house

  • Stampings in pre-coated material - Material thickness 0.1 mm – 3 mm with surface coating, e.g. galvanized, painted, rubberized, etc.

  • Stampings in pre-hardened material - Material grades C45 to C75, martensitic or bainitic pretempered

  • Stampings in non-ferrous metal - Copper alloys, aluminum, special alloys, also with surface coatings
